Top Up application

The Top Up application moves the balance of a top-up card, itself an account with a balance, to the caller’s account. It is the Calling Card application’s top-up menu offered on its own number.

  1. The caller dials the top-up number. The call reaches a Top Up application through a DID, or a connection with the keyword cctopup.
  2. The caller identifies their account or card, then enters the top-up card number of up to Top-Up Card Length digits.
  3. The top-up card’s balance is moved to the caller’s account and the new balance is announced.
  1. Open DIDs & IVR Apps → IVR Applications, click Add New, select Type Top Up and the languages.
  2. Assign the top-up number’s DID to the application.

Through a connection instead, set the CLD Translation Rule to s/.*/cctopup/, optionally with languages: s/.*/cctopup_en_es_ru/. Other Calling Card parameters can be added the same way.
