Payments
Payments are the money coming in: a card payment an account makes in its portal, a voucher it redeems, a transfer a reseller makes to you, or a payment you record by hand with Add Balance. Each one credits a balance and leaves a transaction in the payment history. Payment processors connect the panel to the card gateways and voucher pools that take the money.
Where to find it
Section titled “Where to find it”The Payments group of the sidebar holds Payment Processors, Payments History, Sales Reports, Top-up Vouchers, Invoices and Invoice Templates. Resellers also see Make Payment when their wholesaler offers them a processor. Accounts have their own Make Payment, Payments History and Debit/Credit Cards in the self-care portal.

Payment processors
Section titled “Payment processors”A processor is one gateway account in one currency for one card type. A payer sees a processor only when its Currency equals the payer’s Payment Currency on the account or customer form, so create one processor per currency you accept.
| Column | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Name | Processor name, linking to the form |
| Payment Gateway | The gateway, or Shared: … for a processor inherited from your wholesaler |
| Payment Currency | Currency charged by the gateway |
| Card Type | Card brand, Stripe, PayPal, Braintree or Top-up Voucher |
Add a processor
Section titled “Add a processor”- Click Add.
- Enter Processor Name and select Payment Gateway: Stripe, PayPal REST API V2, Braintree, Authorize.Net, the Turkish bank gateways, or Vouchers / Vouchers with PIN for voucher pools.
- Select Currency and Card Type. The currency and card type pair must be unique.
- On Authentication enter the gateway credentials. The labels follow the gateway: Publishable Key and Secret Key for Stripe, Client ID and Secret for PayPal, Merchant ID and Public Key:Private Key for Braintree.
- Keep Test Mode on and Environment at Test while you try the gateway, then switch to Production.
- On Advanced Parameters set Minimal Amount, and Fixed Fee and Variable Fee, % if you pass gateway fees on to the payer.
- Click Save & Close.
Sharing lets resellers use your processor: check Share with Resellers and set the fees you add on top. A reseller then adds it as the Shared: … gateway in their own list.
How a payer pays
Section titled “How a payer pays”In the portal, Make Payment asks an account for the method, Credit/Debit Card or Top-up Voucher, when both are available. The card form takes Amount in the payer’s currency, Card Type, the card details or a stored card from Use Card, and the Billing Address; hosted gateways such as Stripe and PayPal redirect to their own page instead. A confirmation step shows the Transaction Fee before the charge. The result page lists the Auth-ID of the gateway and the Internal Transaction ID.
Before charging, the panel checks the Minimal Amount, that the amount covers the fee, and the overcommit limit of the payer’s reseller. On success the balance is credited with the amount minus the fee, a suspended service plan is retried, and the account’s On Payment Action runs: Extend Lifetime, Clear First Use or Restart Billing.
A voucher is redeemed with its Voucher ID and, for Vouchers with PIN, the Secret PIN. The book value is converted to the account’s currency. See Vouchers.
Resellers pay you the same way from their Make Payment, provided you share a processor in their payment currency and allow cards on their customer record.
Payments history
Section titled “Payments history”| Screen | What it lists |
|---|---|
| Payments History (root) | Payments to vendors: Transaction ID, Vendor, Date, Payment Type Credit or Debit, Payment Method, Gross Amount in the selected currency. Click the id for the transaction record with the amounts in payer, owner and processor currency and the Notes |
| Payment History (reseller or account) | The payer’s own transactions: Transaction ID, Date, Payment Method, Gross Amount, Notes and a Result badge OK, PENDING, COMPLETED, REVERSE or FAIL |
Both filter by Start Date and End Date and have a Download of the list. Card and voucher payments of accounts and resellers to you are listed in Sales Reports, including the payments you recorded with Add Balance. See Reports.
Manual balance operations from the Resellers, Accounts and Vendors screens create transactions too: Add Funds records a received payment, Manual Charge and Manual Credit adjust the balance without money changing hands. Their Notes field is the only place to explain them later.
Stored cards
Section titled “Stored cards”Debit/Credit Cards in the account portal, and Debit/Credit Cards in the Actions menu of a reseller, store cards for repeat payments: Alias, Card Type, Card Holder, Card Number, Exp. Date (MM/YY) and the billing address. One card is Primary. Card data is kept by the switch, not by the panel. The feature needs Debit/Credit Cards enabled on the customer and the cc_payments_enabled right of the account class.
