Account Lookup
Account Lookup searches every account you own and every account of your resellers and their sub-resellers. Use it when you know a login, an IP address or a number but not which reseller the account belongs to.
Where to find it
Section titled “Where to find it”Open My Customers → Account Lookup in the left sidebar. The URL is /account_lookup.php.
Search for an account
Section titled “Search for an account”- Fill in one or more filters. Every filter has is like / is not like (is / is not for Protocol).
- Click Lookup.
| Filter | Matches |
|---|---|
| Account Name | The account name |
| VoIP Login | The separate SIP login of the account |
| Protocol | Protocol of an authentication rule: Any, SIP or IAX2 |
| Remote IP, CLD, CLI, To Domain, From Domain | The fields of an authentication rule of the account |
| Source Phone | A trusted number of a calling-card account |
Filters are combined with AND. Text is compared case-insensitively but as a whole value: 1001 finds only 1001. Use % for any characters and _ for one character, for example %1001% or 10.0.0.%.
What you see
Section titled “What you see”Results list one row per matching account. A person icon marks your own account; a building icon marks an account that belongs to one of your resellers, and the row shows that reseller’s name instead of the account. Your own accounts come first.
