Reports
The report screens aggregate call records and payments for a period. Most of them read the raw CDRs and are limited to the period those are kept; Statistics reads pre-aggregated tables and covers months and years. All of them share the period presets, the currency selector and the export menu.
Where to find it
Section titled “Where to find it”The Reports group of the sidebar holds Summary Reports, Vendor Summary Reports, DID Summary Reports, ASR/ACD Reports, Profit & Loss Reports, Commissions Reports and Statistics; Sales Reports is under Payments. Which screens you see depends on your rights: vendor reports and the termination side of ASR/ACD need system management, DID reports need the DID pool, profit and loss is for the root customer, commissions appear once you are a commission agent.

Common controls
Section titled “Common controls”The filter bar starts with the period presets Today, Yesterday and under More This Week, Last Week, This Month and Last Month; Filters opens Start Date/Time and End Date/Time with the rest of the filters. The default start follows Default Start Date in system parameters, the end is the end of today. Dates are in your web user’s time zone.
Currency converts every amount with today’s exchange rates, so a report run next month may show different figures for the same period. Calls selects which records count: Non-zero Duration (the usual default), Complete, All or Incomplete; the DID report adds Errors.
Export offers Download CSV, which produces the format set in your web user’s download preference, and Send by E-Mail, which runs the report in the background and mails the file, zipped. Durations in tables are MM:SS without hours; exports use decimal minutes. Tables show 50 rows per page; the totals above them cover the whole selection.
Summary Reports
Section titled “Summary Reports”The main revenue report, titled Reseller Summary Reports on screen. Group by sets the rows: Reseller Name (default), Prefix and Price, Prefix Only, Country/Description, Country or Remote IP. The Caller box narrows it to All Accounts, All Customers or one of them; Batch Tag and Account Class apply when the caller is All Accounts.
| Column | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Reseller Name, Prefix, Country, Description, Price 1, Price N, Remote IP | The grouping, depending on Group by |
| Calls, Duration, Billed Dur. | Count and durations of the matching calls |
| Charged | What you billed the caller, in the selected currency |
| Cost | What the same calls cost you: the vendor leg for the root customer, the wholesaler’s charge for a reseller |
| Profit, Margin, % | Charged minus cost, and the share of charged |
Charts draws three doughnuts, Calls, Charged and Duration, for the rows on the current page. Click a header to sort.
Vendor Summary Reports
Section titled “Vendor Summary Reports”The same table from the purchase side: one row per Vendor (default) or grouped by Prefix and Price, Prefix Only, Country/Description, Country or Destination Host, with Calls, Duration, Billed Dur. and Charged, which here means the termination cost in the root customer’s exchange rates. Use it with the vendor’s invoice and the Vendors Call Records screen for reconciliation.
DID Summary Reports
Section titled “DID Summary Reports”Traffic that arrived on your incoming numbers, grouped by DID (default), DID / Assigned to, Assigned to, Charging Group, CLI Country, CLI Country / Description or Result. Columns add Connected (calls with duration) next to Calls, and Charged, Cost, Profit and Margin, % like the summary report; the default Calls filter is All so that failed DID calls are visible. The DID filter accepts patterns such as 38044% and lists of numbers. The list icon next to a DID opens DIDs Call Records for it.
ASR/ACD Reports
Section titled “ASR/ACD Reports”Quality of calls, as two tables. Origination groups your callers by Caller, IP, IP/Caller or CLI; Termination, for system management users, groups vendor attempts by Vendor or Connection. Both show Number of Calls, Billable Calls, Billed Duration, ACD, ASR, %, Avg PDD, sec and the money column, Revenue or Cost.
ASR is billable calls divided by all attempts; ACD is the total real duration divided by billable calls; PDD is the average time to the first provisional response. Rows with an ASR under Highlight ASR below, % (default 10) are highlighted. Hide w/o Calls removes callers and vendors without traffic.
Profit & Loss Reports
Section titled “Profit & Loss Reports”One row per call with the sell and buy sides next to each other: Caller, Vendor / Connection, CLI, CLD, destination, Setup Time, Sell Dur., Sell Billed, Buy Dur., Buy Billed, Revenue, Cost and Margin in money. Filter by CLI, CLD, Batch Tag, Caller, Vendor and Connection. Only your own accounts are included, and a call that was tried on several connections appears once per attempt with the full revenue on each row, so do not sum the revenue column over failovers.
Commissions Reports
Section titled “Commissions Reports”For a customer set as Commission Agent of accounts or resellers. Select the Commission Source and the period; rows show Name, Current Comm. Size, %, Average Comm. Size, %, Current Balance, Number of calls, Duration and Commission Earned. See Different commission models and Commission agent setup.
Sales Reports
Section titled “Sales Reports”Payments received from your accounts and resellers, including the ones you recorded with Add Balance. The default period is the current month. Filter by Payment type (Credit or Debit), Payment result (Successful, Failed, Pending, Completed) and Payer, or type a name or note into Search. The KPI bar shows Gross Sales, Successful, Pending and Failed; Transaction ID opens the transaction record with amounts, fee, card and gateway Auth-ID. Send by E-Mail is offered on this screen but only Download works. See Payments.
Statistics
Section titled “Statistics”The FlySIP statistics module keeps hourly, daily and monthly aggregates of every call, so this screen works for any period and compares it with the previous one. Pick a dimension: Callers (default), Vendors, Connections, Tariffs, Destinations, Profit or Hangup Causes; Vendors, Connections, Tariffs and Profit are for the root customer only. Resellers see callers, destinations and hangup causes without cost columns.
The KPI cards show Calls, ASR, Minutes, Revenue and Cost with a change against the previous period of the same length. Charts adds a timeline with a metric switcher, Breakdown by period a table per hour, day or month with its own CSV, and the main table lists the rows of the dimension with a Share bar. Click a reseller to drill down to its accounts, a vendor to its connections. Hangup Causes classifies disconnect codes as answered, no answer, busy or rejected, and errors, and shows who ended the calls.
The subtitle reports data up to the last aggregation run; the current hour is always incomplete. The table fetches at most 1000 rows pre-sorted by the chosen metric.
