Options common to all IVR applications

These options apply to every IVR application. Add them as rows under Advanced Parameters of an application in DIDs & IVR Apps → IVR Applications to change them for that application only; options you do not add keep the default below.

  1. When a call reaches an application, the application starts with these defaults.
  2. Options added to the application under Advanced Parameters replace the defaults for that application.
  3. Parameters in the dialled number, set by a CLD Translation Rule on a connection or a DID, replace both for that one call.
Option Default Meaning
PIN Length 10 Maximum digits of a PIN; input stops at this length
