Termination routes
A termination route is the price list of a vendor: a currency, per-call parameters, and routes, one per destination prefix, with the price the vendor charges you. Routing groups pair a termination route with a connection, and only prefixes in the route list are sent to that connection. The prices are used to track the vendor’s balance and for least-cost routing. Some messages of the panel still call the same object a destination set.
Where to find it
Section titled “Where to find it”Open Vendors → Termination Routes in the left sidebar. The URL is /destination_sets.php; the routes of one set are at /routes.php?i_destination_set=<id>. The screens require system management rights, and the add, edit and delete rights of your access level for the respective buttons.

The termination route form
Section titled “The termination route form”| Tab | Fields |
|---|---|
| Basic Parameters | Name, Currency, Free Seconds, Post Call Surcharge, %, Connect Fee, Grace Period, sec |
| Local Calling | Enabled and CLI Validation Rule for area-based vendor pricing |
| Remote Management | Type: Disabled, Exportable or Importable. An exportable set shows an Export Key to give to another switch; an importable set takes that Key and pulls the routes from the remote system, with Notify On Import Error |
Importing is how a set and all its routes are replicated between two switches. See Replicating a destination set between switches.
Routes
Section titled “Routes”The Routes screen lists the prefixes of a set with the same layout as the Rates screen of a tariff, plus routing columns:
| Column | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Status | Currently Active, Effective In Future or Discontinued |
| Prefix, Country, Description | The prefix and its destination lookup |
| Pref. | Preference of the route, used by the Route Preference policy. Higher is tried first |
| Int. 1, Int. N, Price 1, Price N | Billing intervals and the vendor’s price per minute |
| 1xx, 2xx | The route’s 1xx Timeout and 2xx Timeout in seconds |
| HS | Huntstop: stop trying other connections after this route fails |
Add a route
Section titled “Add a route”- Click Add Route.
- Enter Prefix, Interval 1, sec, Price 1, Interval N, sec and Price N from the vendor’s price list, or tick Forbidden to never send the prefix to this vendor.
- Open Advanced Parameters to set Preference (
5by default), Huntstop, 1xx Timeout, sec (10) and 2xx Timeout, sec (60), and to schedule the route with Activation Date and Expiration Date. - Click Save & Close.
The validation, date handling and price history work exactly as for rates: a new route for a prefix closes the previous open-ended one, an active route’s activation date is fixed, and an unparsable date becomes now.
Upload a vendor price list
Section titled “Upload a vendor price list”Upload on the routes screen opens the same Map CSV Columns dialog as for rates, with the extra fields Preference, 1xx Timeout, 2xx Timeout and Huntstop and their defaults 5, 10, 60 and 0. Map Prefix and Price N, set a Multiplier if you want to pad the vendor’s prices, and click Import. The set is locked until the background job finishes; Get report. lists the rows that failed. A successful upload replaces the whole route table of the set and notifies every routing group that uses it. Download exports the routes with the columns Action, Id, Prefix, Country, Preference, Interval 1, Interval N, Price 1, Price N, 1xx Timeout, 2xx Timeout, Huntstop, Forbidden, Activation Date and Expiration Date. The actions, date rules and error messages of the file are described in Bulk route upload.
