A smart dial links an access number (a DID) to a destination for one account. When the account’s caller dials that DID, the calling card application connects the call to the stored destination without asking for a number. These methods manage the Smart Dial entries of the account’s Hot Keys/Smart Dialing screen; hot keys on the same screen have their own methods .
